Samantha was born February 18, 2008 at 5:02 pm. Meredith was induced that morning. The pitocin was started, her water was broken, then came the epidural (Heck, yeah)......and THEN Samantha was born. It was a very uncomplicated labor. We loved having the midwives with us through the entire experience. It was very intimate and exactly what we would have wanted to ask for.....if we had every experienced a birth before.
Samantha was 21 3/4" long and weighed 7lbs 14 oz. Long and lean.....
